The temperature values specified in the standards (inspection levels) are limited by the highest and lowest test space temperature. The choice of the adequate test system depends on the temperature change rates during alternating tests. The requirements are met if the test system capacity is high enough to compensate the influence of the specimen and its heat dissipation in the relevant capacity range. Certain test standards with contaminated specimen require the optional cleaning device (mat. no. 64609956) to ensure the required water quality.
